Directions: For each 1/2 cup serving, measure 1/4 cup dehydrated celery and add 1/2 cup water. Let stand for 1/2 hour. For faster results, use hot water. May add without reconstituting to stews, soups, casseroles, meats, and other dishes for flavoring
