These powdered egg whites are a great product to have on hand.  Egg whites are great to use for your baking needs for meringues, beat neat frosting, and other baked goods that require egg whites.  These egg whites can also be used to make a great egg white omelet which is perfect for lowering your cholesterol levels.  These are handy and delicious to have on hand.  You will never have to run to the store for egg whites in the middle of a recipe.  

Ingredients:  100% Powdered egg white solids. Naturally gluten free product.

Contains:  Eggs.

Dehydrated egg whites are a versatile product to have on hand.  Egg whites are great to have on hand when you want to make meringue and beat neat frostings for cakes.

Directions:  To reconstitute, add 1 tsp. egg white to 7 tsp. water.  No whipping agent has been added so when whipping it may not reach volume desired.

Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans, product may store up to 10-15 years.
