Our dehydrated cheese blend powder is a wonderful base to use for making your own cheese sauce to put on your vegetables.  This sauce is also great to make your own version of macaroni and cheese.  This cheese blend powder is also great to make your own nachos or use it as a base to make your own cheese base soup with your favorite ingredients.  Use it to make a fondue sauce for your favorite breads and other items you love to put cheese on.  

Ingredients:  A dehydrated blend of whey, corn and wheat starches-modified, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, annatto extract, cheese culture, enzymes), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, nonfat milk, natural and artificial flavor, lactic acid, disodium phosphate, yellow 5, yellow lake, yellow 6, yellow 6 lake.  *Contains less than 2% silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% disodium phosphate as a processing aid.

Contains:  Dairy, Soy, and Wheat.

Dehydrated cheese blend powder is a versatile base that can be used to make a cheese sauce to spread on vegetables or use it to dip breads in.  Cheese Blend powder is great to use to make your own version of macaroni and cheese.

Directions:  Gradually combine 1/4 cup mix with 3/4 cup water and blend well.  Yields approximately 1 cup.  Use as a sauce for casseroles, potatoes, nachos, soups, and flavorings.  For thinner sauce increase liquid and for paste decrease liquid.  Milk may be used for a creamy flavor.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans, product may store up to 10-15 years.
