This Artisan flour blend is produced by mixing brown rice flour, tapioca starch, white rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, sorghum flour, and arrowroot starch. This blend makes baking easy. Bake any favorite recipe without the gluten by using this blend. It is great to have on hand when your gluten free family or friends are over and you want to bake for them.

Directions: Use for baking breads and more. For yeast breads, use 1 tsp. dry yeast per cup of Artisan Flour. Additional water may be needed.
