These dehydrated hashbrowns are a versatile product to have on hand. These potatoes come already pealed and shredded so there is no mess, plus it is easy to reconstitute to use for baking and frying. Hashbrowns are great to have for any meal of the day; they are not just the breakfast potato. These can be used for making your favorite potato casserole or mixing different items with them to make a great breakfast in the morning.

CAN INFORMATION:

Directions: Pour 1 cup potatoes into 3 cups salted boiling water. Turn down heat and simmer until tender (10-15 minutes). Drain. Yields 2 cups reconstituted potatoes. Use in any recipe calling for potatoes. May be refrigerated, keeping well covered when water is drained. Fry on well oiled grill at 375F for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Ingredients: Dehydrated potato shreds, starch, dextrose, onion powder. Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite.
