Directions: This vegetable stew blend is a great addition to homemade stews, soups, and casseroles to add flavoring. It is also good when bouillon, meat, vegetables, and tomato are added. It may be prepared to eat by adding 1/2 cup vegetable stew blend to 2 cups water and bring slowly to a boil. Simmer until vegetables are tender (about 10-15 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Makes 1 cup drained.
Ingredients: Potato dices, cabbage flakes, onion, carrots, celery, mixed bell peppers, and tomato flakes.
