Fruit mix is a great product to have on hand. It is great for an on-the-go healthy snack or it can be used for making cakes, cobblers or used to flavor up cuts of meat. This can also be used for mixing in with granola or adding it to hot cereals. Fruit mix can be used for a variety of things.

Directions:
Place 2 3/4 cups water in a sauce pan. Stir in 1 cup fruit. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes. Alternate method: combine water and fruit and allow to stand in refrigerator at least 5 hours. Fruit mix is a great snack and does well in trail mixes.
Ingredients: Low moisture peaches, apples, grapes, apricots, maraschino cherries (cherries: sugar, corn syrup, citric acid, artificial flavor, benzonate of soda, and potassium zorbate), sulfer dioxide, sodium sulfite, food calcium stearate added as preservatives.

Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans, product may store up to 20+ years.
