Lime gelatin is a versatile product that can be used to make a great side dish.  Use it to whip up desserts and salads.  Lime gelatin is great to add color to cakes and cookies.  

Ingredients:  Sugar, gelatin, adipic acid, fumaric acid, sodium citrate, artificial flavor, salt, artificial color (FD&C Yellow #5 FD&C Blue #1)


Directions:  Mix ½ cup powder with ½ cup hot water.   Stir until dissolved.   Add 1 cup cold water and stir.  Pour into molds or container and refrigerate until set.   May add fruit or other desired ingredients.

Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products.
