These potato butter bits have a buttery flavor to them. You can eat them plain or you can add a number of things to flavor them up a bit, such as sour cream, bacon, chives.

Directions: Mix 1/4 butter bit potatoes with 1 3/4 cups boiling water for every 1/2 cup serving. Promptly stir for 15-20 seconds to ensure even distribution. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes and fluff with a fork. Serve as desired.
Ingredients: Potatoes, salt, partially hydrogenated canola oil, mono and diglycerides, artificial color, natural and artificial flavor. Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT.
