This buttermilk powder is a versatile base that can be used to add moisture to your baked goods such as cakes, pancakes, biscuits, and cookies.  Buttermilk powder is great for use as a wet ingredient for coating your meat before adding the dry coating to the meat or vegetables that you are breading.  Buttermilk powder can be used as a base of your marinade for the meats that you want to grill.  This powder is as delicious as it is easy to use.

Directions:  For use in baking and cooking only.  For every cup of buttermilk needed, add 3-4 tbsp. powder to dry ingredients and increase water in recipe.  May be mixed in blender and allowed to stand overnight.  Great in bread, rolls, pancakes.
