Ingredients: Long grain brown rice. Naturally gluten free product.
Directions: Add 1 cup rice to 2-2 ½ cups cold water. May add 1 tbsp. margarine or butter and 1 tsp. salt. Cover with lid and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook 45-55 minutes, keeping lid on but stirring several times. Fluff with fork before serving.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans, product may store up to 6 months to 1 year. The natural oils may cause brown rice to go rancid.
