Ingredients: Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean-palm-cotton seed oils, propylene glycol mono and diesters of fats and fatty acids, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, polysorbate 60 TBHQ [preservative]), dried whole eggs, cornstarch, nonfat dry milk, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phophate), wheat starch, salt, dextrose, sodium stearoyllactylate, cellulose gum, artificial flavors (milk).

*Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand, when you use this product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to the mix.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans, product may store up to3-5 years.
Directions: Mix 3 cups muffin mix with 1 1/2 cups cold water in an electric mixer for 30 seconds on low speed, then 1 minute on medium speed. Do not over beat. For added texture and flavor, 1 tsp oil may be added. May add fruits or other condiments. Grease bottom of muffin tins and fill only 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F degrees for 14-16 minutes or until done to the touch.
