CAN INFORMATION:

Directions: Mix 3 cups basic muffin mix with 1 1/2 cups cold water in an electric mixer for 30 seconds on low speed, then 1 minute on medium speed. Do not over beat. For added texture and flavor, 1 tsp. oil may be added. May add fruits or other condiments. Grease bottom of muffin tins and fill only 2/3 full. Bake at 375�F for 14-16 minutes or until done to the touch.
Ingredients: Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, vegetable shortening [partially hydrogenated soybean- palm-cottonseed oils, propylene glycol mono and diesters of fats and fatty acids, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, polysorbate 60, TBHQ (preservative)], dried whole eggs, corn starch, nonfat dry milk, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate), wheat starch, salt, dextrose, sodium stearoyl lactylate, cellulose gum, artificial flavors (milk). Contains soy, egg, dairy, and wheat.
*No absorber is placed in can as it reacts with the leavening.
**Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand in the can. When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.
