CAN INFORMATION:
64 oz (1814g)
Directions: Mix 3 cups scone mix with 1 1/4 cups milk. Stir until mixed; avoid over mixing. For better texture add 1-2 tbsp. butter or oil. For a variety, add presoaked raisins, chocolate chips, or blueberries. Drop on paper lined sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with mild egg wash. Yields approximately 12 scones.
Ingredients: Bleached enriched flour (wheat and malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), dextrose, buttermilk, whole eggs, nonfat dry milk, soy flour, artificial flavor, salt. Contains soy, egg, dairy, and wheat.
*No absorber is placed in can as it reacts with the leavening.
**Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand in the can. When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.
