Standard 1 Year Unit consists of 11 cases of 6 #10 cans consisting of fruits, vegetables, cooking aids, imitation meats, grains, dairies and drinks, 1 case of 6 #2.5 cans consisting of bouillons, salt, and leavening , an allocation sheet and a You Can Have Your Food Storage and Eat it Too cookbook. This unit can supply 1104 calories per day for one person. It is recommended wheat, beans and rice be added. To find individual calories for each product check out the additional information on each product which will include number of servings. This is a great way to get started on your food storage program.

Case #1: 1 #10 can applesauce; 2 #10 cans banana slices; 1 #10 can peach flavored apple flakes; 1 #10 can strawberry flavored apple flakes; 1 #10 can apple slices. Case #2: 1 #10 can green beans; 1 #10 can sweet corn; 1 #10 can chopped onions; 1 #10 can carrot dices; 1 #10 can garden peas; 1 #10 can tomato powder. Case #3: 1 #10 can potato dices; 1 #10 can hashbrowns; 2 #10 cans vegetable stew blend; 2 #10 cans potato granules. Case #4 and #5: 6 #10 cans instant milk in each case. Case #6: 1 #10 can cheese blend powder; 1 #10 can white cream sauce; 1 #10 can egg mix; 1 #10 can shortening powder; 1#10 can margarine powder; 1 #10 can whole egg. Case #7: 2 #10 cans imitation beef bits; 1 #10 can imitation bacon bits; 1 #10 can imitation sausage bits; 1 #10 can imitation chicken bits; 1 #10 can imitation taco bits. Case #8: 1 #10 can cornmeal; 1 #10 can spaghetti; 1 #10 can refried beans; 1 #10 can germade; 2 #10 cans macaroni. Case #9: 1 #10 can small red beans; 3 #10 cans white rice; 1 #10 can small white beans; 1 #10 can pinto beans. Case #10: 1 #10 can 6 grain rolled cereal; 2 #10 cans quick oats; 2 #10 cans 9 grain cereal; 1 #10 can pearl barley. Case #11: 1 #10 can peach drink; 1 #10 can popcorn; 2 #10 cans 16 bean mix; 1 #10 can hot cocoa mix; 1 #10 can black turtle beans. Case #12: 1 #2.5 can beef bouillon; 2 #2.5 cans iodized salt; 1 #2.5 can baking powder; 1 #2.5 can chicken bouillon; 1 #2.5 can baking soda. Case #13: Allocation sheet.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. This unit contains items that vary in shelf life ranging from 5 years to 30 years. Mixes store the least amount of time and grains and rice will store the longest. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
