This diced freeze dried chicken is a great product to have on hand. This reconstitutes like regular chicken. It can be used in any recipe that calls for chicken. This can be used in chicken enchiladas, chicken tacos, sweet and sour chicken, and your favorite chicken casserole recipe. Your family will not know the difference. This is a great product to have in your long term food storage.
Ingredients: Chicken meat and salt.
Directions: For 1 serving, bring 2/3 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and add ½ cup chicken dices. Stir gently. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes. Drain excess water and serve. Use in any recipe requiring cooked chicken.
