This freeze dried ham is a great product to have on hand. Freeze dried ham is a very versatile product. It is easy to reconstitute and it has all of its nutrients. Ham is easy to throw in omelets, casseroles, or make up your own dish. This is a must have for anyone that loves the savory taste of ham.
Ingredients: Ham (cured with salt, dextrose, sodium, tripolyphosphate, sodium erythorbate, smoke flavor, sodium nitrate).
Directions: For 1 serving, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and add ½ cup ham dices. Stir gently. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes. Drain excess water and serve. Use in any recipe requiring cooked ham.
