Our nacho cheese sauce is a versatile sauce to have on hand. Put it on rice, potatoes, chips, and pasta. This is a great sauce to put in breads. Make a plate of your favorite nachos. Mix it up in your favorite salsa to make a cheesy salsa.
Ingredients: Cheddar cheese powder (milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), modified food starch, maltodextrin, natural flavor, whey powder, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, lactose, sodium caseinate, yeast extract, cellulose gum, spices, disodium phospate, lecithin, dehydrated jalapeno, sodium citrate, silicoaluminate (anticaking agent).
Contains: Dairy and soy.
Directions: For 4 servings add 1 cup sauce mix to 2 cups hot water. Hand whisk until all powder has fully dissolved. Microwave for 1-2 minutes to enhance flavor and further thicken sauce. May also be simmered on low heat on stove. Use for sauce in with chips, casseroles, soups, or fondues.
