This lemon gelatin is a great item that you will want to have in your food storage.  Lemon gelatin makes a great side dish - add it to salads or desserts.  This is a great flavor and it is easy to make up.  This is a need for your long term food storage needs!

Ingredients:  Sugar, gelatin, adipic acid, fumaric acid, sodium citrate, artificial flavor, salt, artificial color (FD&C Yellow #5). 


Directions:  Mix ½ cup powder with ½ cup hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water. Pour into molds or container and refrigerate until set. May add fruit or other desired ingredients.

Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products.
