Directions: Oat groats are whole oats with only the outer husk removed. Oat groats may be cooked whole or ground into flour. Oatmeal is made by steaming and then rolling these whole oat groats. Stabilized, not for sprouting. For cereal cook 45 minutes with 3/4 cups water and 1/4 cup oat groats.
