Directions: Mix 3 cups muffin mix with 1 1/4 cups cold water in an electric mixer for 30 seconds on low speed, then 1 minute on medium speed. Do not over beat. For added texture and flavor, 1 tsp. oil may be added. For a variety add nuts and fruits. Grease bottom of muffin tins and fill only 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done to the touch.
*Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand in the can. When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.
Poppy Seed Muffin and Bread mix is the perfect mix for a delicious breakfast or snack. Any member of the family can make it by simply adding water. Add it to a mug and cook in 2 minutes on high for a quick fix snack.
Ingredients:Bleached wheat flour (enriched with niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, malted barley, folic acid), sugar, vegetable shortening (may contain one or more of the following oils: soybean, cottonseed, canola), soybean oil, poppy seed, soy flour, whey (from milk), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate & sodium bicarbonate), dried egg yolks, salt, sodium stearoyl lactylate, and artificial flavor.
**Produced on equipment that also processes milk, soy, wheat, egg, and tree nuts products.
